General FAQs
Our regular process includes inspection of each garment. Minor repairs such as replacing buttons, fixing hems, and stitching ripped pockets, are handled in our unique in-line system so that all your garments are returned to you at the same time. You can also request specific repairs using the repair ticket provided by your regular service driver. In addition, Kleen Kraft offers a protection program so that you don’t need to worry or wonder about replacements when a garment is damaged beyond repair. We avoid shortages with our G-mark system that tracks your garments through the laundering process. Repairs are made with our unique in-line system that keeps garment batches together. Minimums can vary depending on the type of garments, the number of workers in uniform, and other items that you use such as mats, towels, aprons, etc. We would be happy to schedule a call/visit from one of our salespeople.
