Sales Representative – Uniform Services

We're looking for a strong, self-disciplined and self-motivated Sales Representative to hunt new business in specific territories for our 66 year-old company. At Kleen Kraft Services (www.kleenkraftservices.com), we rely on our Sales Representatives to drive our growth in the uniform rental industry. So we're looking for a true hunter, with a winning attitude, who isn't afraid to make the calls and the face-to-face visits necessary to close new business. Kleen Kraft Services, family owned and operated since 1952, began as a commercial laundry facility in downtown Los Angeles, gradually transitioning to a uniform rental service. Kleen Kraft Services has thrived in the industry by providing an unparalleled level of customer service, product quality, and accountability.

Authorities and Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible for 100% of the new business generated in their territory. This will include:

• Under management direction, establish selling strategies and tactics that result in new account business generation
• Scheduling and completing weekly phone contact and on-site visits to prospective customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and average weekly revenue quotas on a consistent basis
• Entry of sales tracking data daily to optimize your sales results
• Ensure the successful installation & transition of accounts to the service team, to include accurate & timely completion of all contracts
• Analyze prospective customers' needs and meet those needs via proposals, negotiations and business contracts
• Show continual professional development in industry, sales ability and time management
