Continuous improvement comes in many forms. At Kleen Kraft, we're always looking out for you. We offer protection plans for your garments, ensuring you're getting the most of your uniform rental program.
Our protection programs include:
- The Total Garment Protection Plan (TGPP) protects you against charges for lost or damaged garments. This includes shirts, pants, coats, coveralls, or any combination of items. All employees are covered immediately. The Total Garment Protection Plan is voluntary and may be terminated by either party at any time with a written 30-day notice. If you choose not to be on the program, you will be billed for all unreturned or damaged garments that were assigned to you and your employees at the individual item rate.
- The Prep Protection Plan (PPP) protects you from being charged for customization of garments with employee names and company emblems, as well as any size changes, restocking, or preparation charges. All employees are covered immediately. The Prep Protection Plan is voluntary and may be terminated by either party at any time with a written 30-day notice. If you choose not to be on the program, you will be billed for any garments that require name, emblem, size change, restocking, or preparation charges as these occur.
